Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your account or personal data from the "LANGO" app, please follow the instructions below.
Deleting On-Device Data
The following data is stored only on your device and will be automatically removed when you uninstall the app.

Server Data Deletion Request
The following data is stored on our servers for service operation and requires an email request for deletion.

Deletion Request Procedure

Send an email Send an email to the address below with the subject line "LANGO Data Deletion Request".

Specify the scope of deletion Please specify whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data only. If you have published characters on the marketplace, including the character names will help expedite processing.

Processing confirmation We will complete the deletion within 10 days of receiving your request and send you a confirmation reply.

Important Notes After Deletion
- Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
- If other users have already downloaded characters you published on the marketplace, downloaded copies may remain on their devices.
- Certain data such as access logs may be retained for the legally mandated period in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., Protection of Communications Secrets Act) before being destroyed.
- Data stored on your device will only be completely removed when you uninstall the app.

삭제 요청 절차

이메일 작성 아래 이메일 주소로 "LANGO 데이터 삭제 요청"이라는 제목으로 메일을 보내주세요.

삭제 범위 명시 전체 계정 삭제 또는 특정 데이터만 삭제를 원하시는지 명시해 주세요. 마켓플레이스에 게시한 캐릭터가 있는 경우 캐릭터 이름을 함께 알려주시면 처리가 빨라집니다.

처리 완료 안내 요청을 받은 후 10일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고, 처리 결과를 회신드립니다.

삭제 후 유의사항
- 삭제된 계정 및 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 마켓플레이스에 게시된 캐릭터를 다른 이용자가 이미 다운로드한 경우, 다운로드된 사본은 해당 이용자의 기기에 남아있을 수 있습니다.
- 관련 법령(통신비밀보호법 등)에 따라 접속 기록 등 일부 데이터는 법정 보유 기간까지 보관 후 파기됩니다.
- 기기 내 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제해야 완전히 제거됩니다.
