데이터 삭제 문의Data Deletion Request
BodyTrack 앱의 계정 삭제 및 개인 데이터 삭제를 원하시는 경우, 다음 두 가지 방법 중 하나로 진행하실 수 있습니다.If you want to delete your BodyTrack account and personal data, you may use either of the following methods.
1. 앱 내에서 직접 삭제 (권장)1. Delete directly in the app (recommended)
BodyTrack 앱을 실행한 후 다음 경로에서 계정 삭제를 진행하시면 계정과 모든 개인 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.Open the BodyTrack app and follow the path below to delete your account. Your account and personal data will be deleted immediately.
프로필 → SESSION → 계정 삭제Profile → SESSION → Delete account
2. 이메일로 요청2. Request by email
앱 사용이 어렵거나 계정 접근이 불가능한 경우, 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소로 아래 주소에 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.If you cannot use the app or cannot access your account, please contact us from the email address used for your account. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

삭제되는 데이터Data that will be deleted
요청을 처리하면 다음 정보가 영구 삭제됩니다.When your request is processed, the following information will be permanently deleted.
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 프로필 사진, 닉네임)Account information, including email, profile photo, and nickname
- 건강·신체 정보 (체중, 체지방, 식단·운동 기록)Health and body information, including weight, body fat, meal logs, and workout logs
- AI 코칭 대화 내역AI coaching conversation history
- 기기·로그 정보Device and log information
보존되는 데이터Data retained for legal reasons
다음 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관 후 삭제됩니다.The following records may be retained for a required period under applicable law and then deleted.
- 전자상거래법에 따른 결제 및 청약철회 기록 (5년)Payment and withdrawal-of-offer records under Korean e-commerce laws (5 years)
- 전자상거래법에 따른 소비자 불만 처리 기록 (3년)Consumer complaint handling records under Korean e-commerce laws (3 years)
- 통신비밀보호법에 따른 접속 로그 기록 (3개월)Access logs under Korean communications privacy laws (3 months)
